When should I contact International Missing Heir Finders?

The sooner you make the assignment, the better.  When finding the missing heir or tracing the beneficiary, we are putting pieces of the puzzle together as we uncover leads.  A piece may come from genealogical research, a piece from deep-web searches and a piece from searching records in courthouses or repositories.  When the picture emerges, we then make contact.  The more time you give us, the greater chances for our success.

What types of cases do you work on?

For attorneys engaged in Probate and Trust litigation, we specialize in finding missing heirs and skip tracing beneficiaries that have been identified but are currently missing. Some genealogists can take your family tree back to Charlemagne, but don’t know how to find the living person that is entitled to monies from the estate. Some investigators can undertake basic skip trace or locate services but lack the genealogy skills to expand their investigation. We combine both skills seamlessly. We always reserve the right to make contact with the missing and ask for their permission to release their location.

We DO NOT find old classmates or past boyfriends and girlfriends.

Can you testify in court?

Can you handle RUSH assignments?

We prefer a minimum of two weeks, especially on those difficult cases where attempts have already been made. Working on shorter deadlines is no problem. We have years of experience in acting quickly.
